  • How do I make an offer on a property?

    Once you have selected a property which suits your requirements, contact one of our experienced property consultants and they will assist you with your purchase.

  • Can I view the property before I buy?

    Many of our investors do not view their investment property before they purchase however, if you would like to arrange a site visit, simply contact a member of the team and they will be happy to assist.

  • I am an overseas buyer - can I purchase through yieldbase?

    Sure. The UK is home to one of the most attractive property investment markets which makes it a great choice for overseas buyers. All of our investments are fully managed which allows investors to receive a passive income – no matter where you are in the world.

  • Can I get a mortgage?

    Generally, student property and hotel suites are cash investments. If you require a mortgage for a residential property purchase, please contact an independent mortgage advisor who will be able to speak to you about your individual options. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will be able to fund your purchase with a mortgage.

  • Will I need a solicitor?

    Yes, you will need to appoint a solicitor who will act on your behalf throughout the purchase process. Solicitor fees will vary depending on which company you appoint.

  • What other costs should I be aware of?

    Depending on the asset class, you will need to take additional costs like Stamp Duty and VAT into account. You will also need to budget for solicitor fees.

  • What happens after completion?

    The terms of your investment and when your rental returns are due will be outlined in your contract. As each investment is different, please ensure that you are clear about when and how you will receive your returns. Your solicitor will be able to confirm the terms of your individual purchase.

  • What is the role of the Management Company?

    Each development has an experienced Management Company in place who will take care of the day-to-day running of your property and the development itself. The Management Company will also take care of management, maintenance and will ensure your rental returns are paid on time.

  • Do you sell properties for agents other than Experience Invest?

    No. Here at yieldbase, we only sell investment properties for existing Experience Invest or yieldbase clients. This allows us to ensure that the properties we are selling have been designed, delivered and are operated to the highest standard.
